Freddy Adjustable Bar/Counter Stool

OK. If you look at Freddy from the side it looks like a really nice chair stuck upside down on a polished steel base. But appearances can be deceiving. In fact, this is deceptively well made bar/counter stool that is fully adjustable and fully assembled. Bottoms up?
